Lead strategic customer deployments of AI solutions from discovery through production. Architect and build AI agents, vibe apps, MCP integrations, workflows, and custom scripts using TypeScript, Node.js, and React. Partner with C-suite stakeholders, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to drive adoption, measurable ROI, and workflow improvements. Instrument deployments, run evaluations, convert insights into product requirements, and create reusable assets and playbooks.

Own the full sales cycle for SMB customers, including relationship building, solution positioning, negotiation, contracting, upselling, and cross-selling. Translate monday.com’s platform capabilities into customer ROI, coordinate cross-functional support, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and resolve commercial issues. The role requires consultative selling, quota ownership, strong communication, negotiation, time management, and a track record of sales success. This is a hybrid position requiring three days weekly in the New York City office.

Delivers customer-facing technical solutions using monday.com integrations, custom applications, data migrations, and agentic AI. Leads discovery, requirements gathering, implementation, documentation, and customer communication across complex enterprise engagements. Develops reusable internal tooling and advocates for customer needs with Product and R&D teams. Requires experience with enterprise software, AI engineering, APIs, TypeScript or JavaScript, integrations, cloud deployment, and consultative delivery.
