Drive customer implementations of Motif’s Design product from pilot through adoption. Responsibilities include technical validation, product demonstrations, custom architecture and proof-of-concept design, deployment integration, training, onboarding content, and customer feedback. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Forward Deployed Engineering, requires daily onsite customer engagement in NYC and frequent travel. Candidates need architecture practice experience, computational design expertise, customer-facing technical experience, and hands-on AI agent development.

Build high-performance 3D modeling applications and platform capabilities using Rust, WebAssembly, and TypeScript. Develop core data models, geometry and graph algorithms, browser-based features, and extensible APIs. Collaborate with product and design teams, clarify ambiguous requirements, and ensure software quality through unit and integration testing. Apply expertise in 3D modeling, systems programming, computational geometry, concurrency, numerical robustness, and AI-assisted development.

Develop high-performance 3D web applications for architectural modeling using Rust, React, TypeScript, and WebAssembly. Responsibilities include designing software across the stack, partnering with product and UX teams, translating requirements into features, and maintaining unit and integration tests. The role requires expertise in 3D modeling, production software development, memory management, concurrency, performance optimization, web applications, and AI-assisted development tools.
