Lead long-range financial and capital planning for the health system through multi-year modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, capital request evaluation (ROI/NPV/IRR), and executive reporting. Analyze incident trends, perform root-cause investigations, ensure compliance with Washington State regulations (RCW 49.19, L&I), coordinate training, track KPIs, and collaborate with Security, HR, Risk, and clinical leaders to implement corrective actions and safety improvements.

Manage the candidate pre-employment experience end-to-end: serve as primary contact for candidates, communicate company/department/position details, ensure timely completion of new-hire paperwork and activities, and schedule new-hire orientation.

Support contract managers by preparing, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating routine and complex contracts, ensuring execution and upload to the contract database, tracking expirations/renewals, and maintaining contract data and linkage to purchase orders.

Provide strategic oversight and enterprise-level configuration of UKG Workforce Management. Architect complex configurations, establish standards, advise leadership, lead major releases, coach analysts, and serve as SME for audits, governance, reporting, pay policies, scheduling, and attestation.

Collect, coordinate, and accurately abstract clinical process and outcome data into databases. Ensure completeness and accuracy per agency guidelines and collaborate with program leadership on data collection.

Secure insurance eligibility and pre-authorizations for complex, high-dollar procedures and treatments. Verify benefits, validate referrals, submit and monitor authorization requests, review medical records, interpret payer policies and coding (CPT/HCPCS), communicate with providers, payers and patients, and meet productivity and accuracy standards to ensure financial clearance and uninterrupted patient care.

Own the candidate pre-employment experience: manage the full pre-employment process, act as primary candidate contact, communicate company/position details, ensure timely completion of new-hire paperwork and scheduling of new-hire orientation.

Manage and optimize provider scheduling templates in Epic Cadence to improve patient access and provider productivity. Partner with operations and IS&T, implement Access IQ workflows, perform audits, resolve scheduling issues, and support go-live and template transitions across service lines.

Analyze and troubleshoot revenue cycle and billing system issues; liaise with IS Application Analysts; update system master files and dictionaries; create test scenarios, reports, documentation; oversee project status and train staff as needed to ensure effective system administration in hospital/clinic settings.

Lead design and administration of physician and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) compensation and contracting. Collaborate with executive leaders, HR, finance, legal, and recruitment. Oversee compensation models, FMV and commercial reasonableness testing, quality assurance, and change management/project leadership for department initiatives.
