Build and maintain mobile attribution and marketing data pipelines, implement postbacks to ad platforms, configure tracking (server-side GTM, pixels, CAPI), automate event audits, handle mobile privacy (SKAN/ATT/AD_ID), debug discrepancies across ad platforms/CRM/warehouse, use Python and BigQuery for validation, and partner with Growth/Product/Data to run and measure experiments.

Lead Rylos brand vision and execution for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. Own voice, identity, campaigns, activations, social, website, packaging, and talent-led storytelling. Grow and manage brand and social teams and agencies, partner with performance marketing to drive funnel results, deploy budgets across paid/partnerships/talent, and use AI daily to iterate creative and ship cultural moments quickly.

Lead Nagish's social media and community engagement, creating content, driving influencer strategies, and building advocacy across platforms and events.
