Lead design, implementation, and governance of global sales incentive compensation for Ads. Drive data quality, reporting, automation (including AI), payout operations, metrics, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, and Engineering.

Serve as strategic partner to Ads Channel Partnerships, Deal Desk, and Ad Ops to optimize processes, drive efficiency, improve deal velocity, and enhance programmatic campaign delivery through reporting, best practices, and cross-functional collaboration.

Design, implement, and deploy large-scale machine learning and optimization algorithms for ad ranking. Build and evaluate models, create online/offline evaluation frameworks, partner with product to define objectives and constraints, and communicate results to stakeholders to drive ad quality and performance.
