Provide remote inbound technical support via phone, chat, email and tickets. Troubleshoot software issues, document and escalate cases, guide clients through resolutions, submit product change requests, and assist team members while following CDK processes and training.

The CDK Global Returnship is a 16-week program for professionals returning from a caregiving break, offering project work, mentorship, and potential full-time conversion.

Lead execution and optimization of customer operations and success platforms (Totango/Gainsight). Administer in-app engagement tools, monitor KPIs, manage data integrity, and drive automation and AI-enabled efficiency. Partner cross-functionally, deliver project implementations, communicate status to leadership, and indirectly manage and coach contributors to improve adoption and operational outcomes.

Support sales and customer success as Data & Fortellis SME; engage dealers/OEMs/ISVs to gather requirements, document workflows, deliver technical demos and proposals, manage Salesforce opportunities, migrate dealers to modern offerings (APIs, Snowflake Sharing), and transition post-sale to services. Collaborate with product, marketing, and client services; perform market research and drive internal governance approvals. Occasional travel (<10%).

Support customer adoption by delivering foundational product guidance, basic training, and documentation. Partner with CSM/CSS to meet utilization benchmarks, escalate blockers, prepare reports, and coordinate internal resources. Travel to dealerships up to 25% and maintain product and industry knowledge to improve client outcomes.
