Lead TBM expense transparency and IT financial management initiatives: develop and maintain TBM financial models, validate allocation methodologies, produce executive reporting, analyze IT spending trends, and collaborate with Finance, IT service owners, and procurement to improve cost visibility, governance, and optimization across IT service towers.

Support procurement, contract management, vendor engagement, and IT financial operations using PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, and Beeline. Create requisitions, monitor licenses and renewals, track expenditures, assist onboarding, perform budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and produce recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards to inform stakeholders and ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Support GIS-driven asset management initiatives through custom application development, geospatial analysis, and data visualization while collaborating with stakeholders.
