Design matter-management and task-tracking workflows for an AI-native law firm. Conduct user research with attorneys, prototype (including code/AI-assisted tools), define automation boundaries, collaborate with engineering and product, and evolve the design system to support legal workflows.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will integrate AI compliance solutions for enterprise clients, collaborate with client teams, and optimize workflows. Responsibilities include deploying ETL pipelines, writing APIs, and engaging with customer SMEs to develop tailored data models and technical solutions.

Support a funds tax practice across entity structuring, fund formation, manager advisory, and portfolio transactions. Use AI agents for drafting, document review, due diligence, tax analysis (UBTI/ECI), and client advisory. Collaborate with technology teams to integrate AI-assisted workflows and improve efficiency in document management and closings.

Manage end-to-end billing for Norm Law: prepare, review, and process invoices; verify attorney time and expenses; support collections and reconciliations; maintain billing records; improve workflows using automation and AI; support month-end close and reporting; liaise with attorneys and clients on billing inquiries and client-specific requirements.

Operate, secure, and support company IT systems including account lifecycle, SaaS integrations, endpoint hardening, MDM/SSO, office networks, and IT automation. Collaborate cross-functionally to define IT/security policies, remediate misconfigurations, support incidents, and maintain documentation and runbooks to ensure reliable, compliant IT operations.

Provide AI-augmented review, drafting, negotiation, and execution of NDAs for institutional clients. Advise on NDA playbooks and market standards, collaborate with partners, clients, and tech teams to streamline workflows using AI agents.

Provide transactional fund formation and investor-documentation support using AI agents to draft, compare, and negotiate LP agreements, subscription documents, side letters, and compliance materials. Coordinate with compliance and tech teams to ensure SEC, CFTC, and ERISA alignment, capture institutional knowledge, benchmark investor terms, and lead AI-augmented workflows to improve speed and quality across fund matters.

Provide high-impact executive support to up to four Partners: manage complex calendars, communications, meetings, travel, and office operations. Draft communications, coordinate events, capture meeting minutes, and improve processes while handling confidential information and using AI tools.

Provide private equity transaction support using AI-augmented workflows: draft and review documents, perform diligence, manage deal execution, advise clients, and collaborate with technology teams to streamline processes.

Build and maintain full-stack features for an AI-driven legal product. Work across frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python/FastAPI, Postgres), collaborate with design, platform, and AI teams, and implement document and integration pipelines for enterprise workflows.
