Respond to and resolve level-two network issues escalated from NOC or service desk, perform minor software upgrades, run proactive performance assessments, assist clients and peers, maintain knowledge-base articles, participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed.

Drive new enterprise business by identifying opportunities, developing Microsoft partner and customer relationships, qualifying prospects, negotiating contracts, closing sales, and expanding existing accounts. The role requires technical knowledge of Microsoft platforms, professional services sales experience, CRM proficiency, customer presentations, stakeholder communication, and coordination with sales engineers, deployment teams, and project managers.

Identify and close enterprise sales opportunities, expand existing accounts, build relationships with Microsoft teams and strategic partners, qualify opportunities, negotiate contracts, demonstrate Microsoft solutions, and coordinate internal sales, engineering, deployment, and project resources to achieve revenue goals.
