Respond to and resolve level-two network issues escalated from NOC or service desk, perform minor software upgrades, run proactive performance assessments, assist clients and peers, maintain knowledge-base articles, participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed.

Drives partner-focused demand generation and outbound prospecting to grow awareness, qualified pipeline, and revenue. Collaborates with sales, partner marketing, product, and marketing operations on messaging, campaigns, vendor programs, co-op funding, and go-to-market execution. Manages email sequences, tracks activities and lead progression in CRM systems, analyzes campaign performance, supports events and webinars, and meets appointment and revenue targets for cloud consulting services.

Designs, builds, and delivers end-to-end Azure data and analytics solutions for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include advising clients on modern data platform strategies, integrating data sources, developing models and reports, configuring Azure cloud infrastructure, and driving solution implementation. The role requires expertise in data engineering, warehousing, ETL/ELT, dimensional modeling, T-SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure data services, analysis services, DevOps, and Agile engineering practices.
