Partners with HR, Accounting, tax teams, and external providers to resolve issues, improve processes, support employee lifecycle transactions, and maintain statutory compliance.

Leads marketing and loyalty analytics strategy, measurement frameworks, forecasting, experimentation, campaign reporting, retention analysis, churn modeling, and segmentation. Partners with Marketing and Finance to establish performance goals and translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Automates reporting using analytics platforms, marketing automation tools, experimentation methods, and AI-enabled workflows while identifying opportunities to grow and retain high-value consumers.

Supports the advertising sales team with pre- and post-sales administration, media plans, location lists, proof-of-play processes, sales materials, lead management, venue research, CRM maintenance, reporting, records, meetings, events, and expense processing. The role coordinates across internal teams and external clients while managing multiple projects and maintaining accurate campaign and sales documentation.

Develop and release scalable mobile features primarily with React Native and TypeScript for iOS and Android. Integrate React Native into existing native applications, build native modules, make architecture decisions, optimize performance and accessibility, and contribute to testing, CI/CD, monitoring, documentation, and releases. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, support technical planning, and promote responsible use of AI-assisted development tools.

Leads new-chain origination for TouchTunes’ connected entertainment platform, targeting national restaurant, bar, hospitality, and franchise groups. Owns complex executive sales cycles from prospecting through structured pilots and rollout expansion, positioning entertainment technology around guest engagement, dwell time, repeat visits, and revenue. Builds relationships with corporate decision-makers, qualifies venue fit, coordinates deployment partners, maintains pipeline discipline, and develops a repeatable national-accounts sales playbook. The role is remote with significant travel and requires 10+ years of enterprise or national-account sales experience.

Leads software development across mobile, web, backend, and quality engineering teams. Defines engineering strategy, roadmaps, architecture standards, and delivery practices while managing managers, budgets, staffing, and organizational growth. Drives reliability, security, performance, operational excellence, incident management, and continuous improvement. Partners with product, architecture, operations, and executive stakeholders to align technology execution with business goals and customer needs.
