Lead complex negotiations and contracting, drive cross-functional delivery with Product/Engineering/Sales/Marketing/Legal/Finance, manage C-suite relationships, build joint business plans and OKRs, resolve complex partner issues, and expand portfolio impact to accelerate OpenTable growth.

Lead strategy and execution for diner engagement across web and mobile (iOS/Android). Own notification center and loyalty program, drive A/B-test-informed product development, collaborate with engineers and designers, define success metrics, run usability research, and coordinate cross-functional and global teams to increase session starts per diner.

The Account Manager drives customer engagement, increases reservation availability, and decreases churn through training, support, and relationship management with restaurant partners.
