The Technical Customer Success Engineer will work with customers to ensure effective use of AI-driven testing, troubleshoot issues, and enhance test reliability and coverage. Responsibilities include writing tests, collaborating with Account Executives, and providing technical support and feedback to improve the product.

Work directly with founders to drive operations, customer success, GTM, and special projects. Oversee onboarding and account health for key clients, run cross-functional launches and partnerships, automate workflows using AI, and fill operational gaps to ensure customer value and company growth.

The Business Operations Lead manages workflows across health centers, oversees client onboarding, ensures data accuracy, and supports product QA and marketing efforts.
