As a Founding Product Engineer at Phaselab, you'll develop and scale core products, ship features, and enhance performance while collaborating with the team and customers.

Own the full B2B sales cycle for SMB and lower mid-market customers, including prospecting, cold outreach, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing. Build and manage an independent pipeline, sell to operators and executives, meet quota, provide product feedback, and help shape Frontdesk’s sales playbook and culture. The role is based in person in New York City and offers growth into larger accounts.

Own complex enterprise AI deployments from discovery through production. Work directly with customers to understand undocumented workflows, build integrations, workflows, tooling, and product capabilities, and debug deployment blockers across voice, messaging, APIs, data, LLMs, and orchestration systems. Convert one-off solutions into reusable product and infrastructure primitives. As the function grows, establish deployment playbooks, hire and lead the Forward Deployed Engineering organization, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
