Provides administrative and operational HR support, including onboarding and offboarding, employee records, recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, documentation, HRIS updates, and employee inquiries. Maintains confidential personnel files, assists with payroll, benefits, timekeeping, background checks, reporting, employee communications, and engagement activities while ensuring accurate, policy-compliant processes.

Provides customer support through phone, email, chat, and other channels. Responsibilities include answering product, order, account, billing, and policy questions; processing requests; resolving complaints; maintaining interaction records; escalating complex issues; and collaborating with internal teams. The role requires professional communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, confidentiality, and the ability to meet service and productivity standards.
