Leads Pfizer’s U.S. Oncology Medical Affairs organization, including headquarters and field medical teams. Develops regional medical strategies, supports clinical development and asset lifecycle planning, oversees data generation and dissemination, builds KOL relationships, aligns medical and commercial priorities, manages budgets, and coaches a large, matrixed organization. Requires deep oncology expertise, pharmaceutical industry experience, clinical trial knowledge, and exceptional leadership.

Leads regional activation of oncology patient advocacy partnerships and educational programs. Delivers or coordinates disease-state education, connects patients and caregivers with appropriate resources, manages sponsorships, budgets, events, and project plans, and reports insights and measurable outcomes. Collaborates across Pfizer teams, ensures compliance with CP208 and applicable regulations, strengthens advocacy relationships, and develops solutions supporting patient engagement and unmet patient needs. This field-based role requires substantial travel, occasional evening and weekend work, and operation of a company vehicle.

Leads clinical pharmacology and MIDD activities for internal medicine drug development programs. Designs and oversees clinical pharmacology plans, PK/PD analyses, dose-ranging strategies, study protocols, regulatory documents, and clinical trials. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, applies quantitative modeling to optimize dosing and study design, supports regulatory interactions, and contributes to scientific publications and presentations.
