Supervises clinical services in a residential substance use disorder treatment setting. Provides direct clinical care, crisis intervention, counseling, family therapy, assessments, referrals, and discharge planning. Oversees treatment and recovery plans, clinical documentation, case reviews, regulatory and Medicaid compliance, interdisciplinary conferences, staff supervision, and professional development. Coordinates patient case management with social services, legal referrals, schools, and community providers.

Provides case management for homeless shelter residents, including intake, psychosocial assessments, independent living plans, benefits and identification assistance, referrals, harm reduction support, and ongoing client meetings. Documents services, maintains confidential records, and tracks housing and employment placements. Facilitates workshops on housing searches, applications, interviews, and employment self-advocacy. Requires relevant human services education and experience working with shelter residents and service providers.

Directs nursing and healthcare operations across multiple substance use treatment facilities. Ensures regulatory compliance, clinical standards, nurse competency, facility readiness, patient outcome tracking, and evidence-based addiction care. Collaborates with executive and medical leadership, manages budgets and supplies, and monitors operational metrics including overtime, vacancies, and turnover. Requires a New York State RN license, management experience, healthcare regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with office and electronic health record systems.
