Serve as the COO’s execution partner, addressing high-priority operational gaps across the company. Build hiring, onboarding, internal tooling, automation, AI-assisted workflows, reporting, and cross-functional processes. Maintain visibility into company priorities and dependencies, drive strategic initiatives to completion, and create systems that reduce manual work. The role requires broad startup operations experience, strong communication, resourcefulness, and comfort working in-office in Brooklyn.

Own Photon’s clinician experience and prescription intake products, including prescribing workflows, portals, APIs, SDKs, EMR integrations, and clinical infrastructure. Set product strategy, roadmap, integration standards, and reliability practices while translating complex clinical workflows into intuitive products. Partner with technology, clinical, commercial, customer, and operations teams to support health system and enterprise integrations.

Lead technical and operational delivery of health-system implementations from contract through go-live. Coordinate engineering, product, and support to resolve integration blockers (Epic Willow, HL7v2, NCPDP, PBM, e-prescribing networks), manage stakeholder change, prove post-go-live ROI, and inform product roadmap. Partner with sales on scope and timelines and build repeatable delivery processes.
