Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositions; attend hearings, mediations, and arbitrations; evaluate liability and damages; prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal; provide client analysis and reporting.

Handle M&A transactions for buyers and sellers, including private equity and strategic deals. Draft and negotiate corporate documents, advise on corporate governance and compliance, manage entity formation and commercial agreements, and interact directly with clients (founders, executives, sponsors, family offices).

Provide bankruptcy and insolvency representation for debtors, trustees, creditors, and lenders in Chapters 7 and 11 matters. Advise clients on creditors' rights and loan workouts; draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements; appear in bankruptcy court for hearings, conferences, and negotiations. Hybrid work between NYC and Uniondale offices.
