Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Pond5 employees can contribute up to $2700 annually to their Healthcare FSA, $5,000 annually for dependent care FSA, and $2,700 annually to Limited Purpose FSA.

Disability Insurance

Disability insurance covers 60% of annual salary up to $2,500/week max.

401(K)

Pond5 401(k) program is available after 1 months of service and offers both traditional (Pre tax) and Roth (After tax) deferrals of 1%-50% of paycheck.

401(K) Matching

Employer match of 25% of deferrals up to $2000 max. Your match is vested at 25% per year, fully vested after 4 years of service.

Pond5 offers stock options through its Stock Option and Grant Plan, including vesting over a four-year period.

Driven by its commitment to the creative community, Pond5 proudly provides a platform where creativity can flourish and contributors can make a sustainable living licensing their work to buyers around the world. That means that we also support creativity internally. For example, we host semi-annual Passion Project contests in which employees submit their personal creative projects, the entire company votes, and Pond5 helps to meaningfully fund the winning project. In return, winners share their creative endeavors internally. Likewise, we celebrate team members internally who have an outsized impact.
