I feel like my team at Pontera is genuinely invested in my success. They'll take time out of their day to provide feedback and help me grow as a professional. Over time, we've even become close friends. Not only do I thoroughly enjoy coming to work each day, but at Pontera, I feel like it's a privilege.

I started at Pontera as a Customer Success Representative. It was my first job out of college and I didn't have any experience in customer success, nor experience in the industry. Since then, the team at Pontera has mentored me, helped me grow, and provided opportunities that have helped me build my own team and become a leader.
