Postgraduate Center for Mental Health

Postgraduate Center for Mental Health is a New York nonprofit that combines community-based mental-health treatment with housing and supportive services. It provides clinical care for children and adults, case management, rehabilitation, and residential programs, while developing and operating housing for people with mental illness. Its mission is to reduce homelessness, alleviate suffering, and help individuals and families achieve stability and independence.
