Establish coverage, coding, payment, pricing, and contracting strategies across CMS and commercial payers. Shape evidence generation with clinical, regulatory, and medical teams, implement market access systems and payer analytics, build field reimbursement/provider support, and manage external partners to enable adoption and revenue pathways for implantable neurotechnology.

Design and implement front-end and back-end systems for a regulated BCI clinical UX and cloud platform. Build real-time and offline rendering engines for high-frequency physiological data, develop APIs and data models, perform rapid prototyping, follow IEC 62304-compliant SDLC, produce documentation, and support clinical teams (travel up to 10%).
