Deploys, provisions, manages, and supports Windows and Apple endpoints across enterprise environments. Responsibilities include Intune, Autopilot, Jamf, Apple Business Manager, SCCM, application packaging, device lifecycle management, desktop and data migration, configuration profiles, compliance policies, troubleshooting, and device refresh programs. The role also supports modernization from traditional imaging and SCCM-based management to cloud-based, zero-touch provisioning and co-managed endpoint environments.

Responsible for managing and growing key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of cloud solutions, especially AWS, with a focus on strategic customers.

Leads a global People Services organization covering employee support, lifecycle administration, benefits, and leave. Builds AI-enabled self-service and case management, oversees HR transactions and compliance controls, transitions regional work into scalable service delivery, and improves service metrics, data quality, employee experience, and operational efficiency. Partners with HR technology, payroll, total rewards, people analytics, vendors, and regional HR teams while leading change and developing global teams.
