Own end-to-end campaign operations, maintain campaign taxonomy and tracking, manage marketing systems and integrations, ensure lead routing and data quality, build audience segmentation and AB testing frameworks, run recurring reporting and audits, and create SOPs to keep campaigns scalable and reliable.

The Engagement Associate will support the Engagement Management team by helping address customer needs, driving adoption, and facilitating strategic initiatives through customer engagement and collaboration with internal teams.

You will build systems and processes for recruiting, manage the ATS, track metrics, and improve hiring efficiency.
