Own Profound’s SEO and AEO strategy to increase discovery, citations, qualified traffic, conversions, and pipeline. Use search and prompt data to guide content, technical improvements, experiments, and distribution. Partner with Engineering, Content, PR, Partnerships, and Social to improve website performance and external visibility. Build AI-assisted workflows, measure outcomes, provide product feedback, and publish insights about effective brand discoverability.

Own the sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing performance management of external data providers. Build a reliable supplier portfolio, benchmark providers using SQL or Python, analyze cost and quality, manage contracts and spend, maintain alternatives, and coordinate with Engineering, Product, Finance, Partnerships, and Legal. The role is on-site in New York City and includes responsibility for scaling the data acquisition function.

Own and scale recruiting operations: hire and lead recruiting coordinators, architect ATS and recruiting tech stack, build AI-enabled automations, create hiring dashboards and SLAs, enable hiring managers with guides and training, and partner on headcount planning to improve pipeline conversion and time-to-hire.
