Leads Pubity’s original editorial operation by setting the news agenda, commissioning and editing reporting, establishing journalistic standards, launching newsletters and owned editorial products, and building the editorial team. The role combines editorial strategy, hands-on news judgment, social-first storytelling, audience analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and talent development across global news cycles.

The Editor will shape Pubity’s original editorial operation by setting the news agenda, developing original reporting, editing stories, and creating repeatable formats. Responsibilities include sourcing and verifying information, building contributor relationships, launching newsletters and owned editorial products, collaborating with social and cross-functional teams, using audience data, and mentoring editorial colleagues while maintaining high journalistic standards.

Lead the end-to-end development slate for long- and short-form social video formats. Own the pipeline, shape ideas into repeatable shows, direct producers, oversee pilots, evaluate performance data, and decide what to scale, rework, or discontinue. Coordinate shared production resources, report slate performance to leadership, and collaborate with brand strategy and productisation teams to package successful formats for commercial opportunities. Build the development function and maintain a steady pipeline of formats.
