Support the VP, Capital Markets in financing and liquidity activities: build underwriting and integrated financial models, prepare investor presentations, manage transaction processes and due diligence, engage lenders/investors, and synthesize large data sets to support capital raising and long-term financial strategy.

Lead execution and administration of complex financing transactions, interact with lenders and investors, build and maintain financial models for structuring and forecasting, support M&A and strategic initiatives, prepare presentations for executives and Board, and manage capital structure administration and compliance.

Leads QTS’s external affairs strategy across a multi-state western region, overseeing government relations, public policy, advocacy, economic development, permitting, community engagement, stakeholder relations, and public affairs. Manages a regional team of 10–12 employees, budgets, consultants, and cross-functional initiatives. Advises executives on political, regulatory, economic, and reputational matters while building relationships with policymakers and community leaders to support infrastructure development, market expansion, and company growth.
