Support the VP, Capital Markets in financing and liquidity activities: build underwriting and integrated financial models, prepare investor presentations, manage transaction processes and due diligence, engage lenders/investors, and synthesize large data sets to support capital raising and long-term financial strategy.

Lead execution and administration of complex financing transactions, interact with lenders and investors, build and maintain financial models for structuring and forecasting, support M&A and strategic initiatives, prepare presentations for executives and Board, and manage capital structure administration and compliance.

As the Principal DCIM Design Engineer, you will lead design standards for data center infrastructure, manage teams, develop control systems, and ensure scalable solutions are in place for QTS's global infrastructure.
