Lead and manage all sales and business development operations, set strategy and targets, recruit and develop the sales organization, and oversee CRM use. Requires significant hands-on sales experience and leadership within the recruiting industry.

Build and maintain backend web services and APIs for a form/eSigning platform. Participate in daily deploys, code reviews, translate business ideas into components, and collaborate on team projects.

Design, architect, and implement PeopleSoft applications with emphasis on PeopleSoft Finance, SCM, and enterprise performance. Serve as a functional consultant, deliver solutions for complex problems, handle application operations, and work with healthcare clients. Role may involve travel to client sites.
