Teams at RA2

Lead finance operations and business process transformation across Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash. Manage process transitions, support software implementations, ensure regulatory compliance (SOX, IFRS, Basel II), and advise on revenue recognition and FP&A. Work with clients in Communications, Media, and Technology and deliver consulting engagements.

Collaborate with design and product to define customer experience. Write and estimate stories in an agile process. Develop maintainable full‑stack applications using Ruby, Rails, Sinatra, HAML, SASS and Postgres. Deploy and operate on Heroku, AWS and other cloud platforms. Produce testable code and contribute to testing efficiency and practices.

Collaborate with design and product to define customer experience, write and estimate agile user stories, and develop maintainable, testable full‑stack software using Ruby on Rails, HAML, SASS, Postgres, and cloud platforms (Heroku/Amazon). Advocate data store choices and apply agile practices.
