The VP of People will lead and build RADAR's people function, enhancing people strategy, operations, talent acquisition, and employee relations in a high growth startup environment.

The Lead Product Designer will create web experiences for internal onboarding tools and customer analytics dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and product strategy.

Drive strategic planning and execution by translating company strategy into owned project plans, establishing operating rhythms, tracking KPIs, coordinating cross-functional teams, introducing PM tools and governance, leading special projects and deep-dive analyses, surfacing risks and recommendations, and managing internal strategic communications to ensure alignment and measurable business outcomes.

Lead RADAR's brand positioning, messaging hierarchy, tone, and visual identity. Build messaging architecture, templates, and toolkits; manage website redevelopment, LinkedIn, PR agencies and campaigns; enable internal communications; track channel performance and analytics; and operationalize brand standards across the organization.

Lead end-to-end strategic finance analyses for pricing, market entry, capital allocation, and fundraising. Build and maintain unit-economics and ROI models, support investor and board materials, conduct market research and competitive intelligence, and partner cross-functionally to inform product and go-to-market decisions. Drive high-impact initiatives with minimal direction and translate complex analysis into executive-ready recommendations.

The Accounting Manager will oversee month-end close processes, improve financial reporting, manage inventory accounting, and ensure GAAP compliance, while also mentoring the accounting team and supporting international expansion.
