The Lead Product Designer will create web experiences for internal onboarding tools and customer analytics dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and product strategy.

Drive strategic planning and execution by translating company strategy into owned project plans, establishing operating rhythms, tracking KPIs, coordinating cross-functional teams, introducing PM tools and governance, leading special projects and deep-dive analyses, surfacing risks and recommendations, and managing internal strategic communications to ensure alignment and measurable business outcomes.

Lead RADAR's brand positioning, messaging hierarchy, tone, and visual identity. Build messaging architecture, templates, and toolkits; manage website redevelopment, LinkedIn, PR agencies and campaigns; enable internal communications; track channel performance and analytics; and operationalize brand standards across the organization.
