This role involves collaborating with emergency communication centers and public safety officials to promote RapidSOS solutions and support strategic initiatives for growth and improvements.

Serve as the CEO's execution partner on top commercial opportunities: manage the CEO commercial pipeline, prepare executive-quality presentations and briefings, structure pricing and pilot frameworks, model deal economics, surface market opportunities, and support special projects including fundraising, M&A, and partnerships.

Lead end-to-end post-sales implementations of RapidSOS platform at emergency communications centers. Manage VoIP integrations, on-site hardware/software setup, testing, and technical troubleshooting. Coordinate with IT, telephony providers, and internal teams, travel frequently to customer sites, assess risks, and improve implementation playbooks.

Lead product marketing for RapidSOS public-safety and enterprise products: define GTM strategy, craft positioning and messaging, enable field teams with AI-assisted content workflows, gather field and customer insights, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption and influence roadmap.

The FP&A Manager will lead financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cross-functional business partnering, transforming data into strategic insights for decision-making.
