Senior Corporate Development and Strategy Associate supporting the CEO and COO on fundraising, M&A, strategic partnerships, new verticals, and growth initiatives. Responsibilities include building financial and operational models, analyzing SaaS metrics, leading diligence, developing business cases, supporting go-to-market and M&A integration, and preparing executive and board presentations. The role requires strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, and AI-tool skills, with NYC office attendance and 10–25% travel.

Own FP&A operating models, scenario analysis, budgeting, forecasting, KPI dashboards, executive and board reporting, and variance analysis. Partner with BI and data engineering teams to automate recurring financial analysis into scalable systems. Serve as a strategic finance partner to cross-functional leaders, improve forecast accuracy, and use AI tools to accelerate finance workflows.
