Drive new enterprise business for Regal’s AI Agent platform by sourcing pipeline, managing complex sales cycles, engaging executive buyers, building ROI-focused business cases, and closing strategic deals. The role requires consultative selling, outbound prospecting, multi-threaded account strategies, quota attainment, and collaboration with leadership, marketing, and BDR teams in a hybrid New York City environment.

Drive revenue by sourcing pipeline, conducting full-cycle consultative sales, engaging senior stakeholders, building ROI business cases, and closing mid-market SaaS deals. The role involves outbound prospecting, collaboration with marketing and BDR teams, territory planning, quota attainment, and educating buyers on AI-powered customer engagement solutions.

Lead and grow a 3–5-person engineering team while owning observability, evaluation frameworks, scalable integrations, and the customer-facing Copilot product. Contribute hands-on Python and TypeScript code, troubleshoot production issues, guide reliability and scalability efforts, partner with Product and engineering teams, remove blockers, mentor engineers, and support hiring.
