Drive wholesale revenue by sourcing and onboarding buyers, pricing outbound IT inventory, managing buyer relationships and orders, coordinating with facility operations for asset allocation and fulfillment, monitoring secondary market trends, and identifying process improvements to maximize recovery value—focused on higher-end laptops and related devices.

Lead and develop a team of IT Technicians to process devices—data sanitization, testing, grading, and repairs—while driving productivity, quality, SOPs, and cross-functional workflow improvements using operational metrics and hands-on technical support.
