Build and maintain production systems for AI agents handling SMS, voice, and email. Develop LangGraph workflows, backend APIs (Python/FastAPI), and a Next.js/TypeScript dashboard. Ensure multi-tenant, account-scoped data security (Supabase/Postgres, RLS, JWT), integrate with CRMs, improve eval frameworks to catch agent regressions, and partner on real-time voice integrations.

Provide high-trust executive support: manage complex calendars and communications, book domestic and international travel, prepare meetings and follow-ups, run New York office operations, coordinate hiring/onboarding, and handle expenses, gifting, and personal logistics to keep leadership focused and productive.

Lead and build Revins partnership funnel by developing relationships with private equity firms, industry associations, mastermind groups, and conferences. Source and convert relationship-driven, sales-qualified pipeline; own conference and association strategy; feed market intelligence into product, marketing, and sales; represent the company externally. Role is a senior, quota-carrying individual contributor with heavy travel and New York onsite expectations.
