Lead end-to-end client implementations for PBM and/or Navigation, manage project plans, timelines, cross-functional teams, client communication, risk mitigation, documentation, and handoffs. Design, build and maintain scalable, auditable analytics-ready data models (primarily in dbt) for PBM and care navigation. Implement data quality checks, CI/CD, documentation, pipeline orchestration, and partner with stakeholders to enable self-service analytics and AI-enabled workflows.

Manage key client relationships in the Pharmacy Benefit Management sector, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams and leading client interactions.

The Director of Client Success will lead the Client Success team in the PBM sector, ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and growth through strategic planning and operational processes.
