Provide on-site case management for frail elderly tenants transitioning into permanent affordable housing: assess needs, develop individualized service plans, prevent eviction, coordinate health and community services, document case notes, facilitate benefits and transportation, run tenant engagement activities, and liaise with property management and community partners to support aging in place.

The Vice President of Human Resources leads HR operations, implements strategic goals, oversees recruitment, and manages talent and performance programs while ensuring legal compliance and promoting staff engagement.

Designs and implements educational curriculum for elementary/middle school participants, coaches and trains instructional staff, conducts classroom observations, delivers professional development, and assesses program effectiveness, ensuring alignment with youth development, SEL, Common Core, literacy, and STEM standards.
