Rising Ground Benefits Overview

Provides clinical and administrative supervision to Behavior Intervention Specialists serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Develops and oversees person-centered behavior support plans, conducts behavioral assessments, analyzes data, audits documentation for OPWDD compliance, coordinates interdisciplinary care, provides therapeutic support, and trains staff. The role operates across community-based residential settings in New York City and requires a BCBA or other clinical license, OPWDD experience, and authorization to work in the United States.

Provides supportive casework assistance for an enhanced family foster care program. Responsibilities include locating family and community resource information, arranging home visits, supervising child-family contacts, transporting children to services, completing administrative tasks in Connections, and reporting observations or suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation. Works under Case Work Supervisor direction and maintains a safe environment for children and families.

Conducts objective investigations into allegations of abuse, neglect, and mistreatment of individuals supported by the organization. Responsibilities include gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses and subjects, preparing reports, presenting findings, recommending risk-mitigation actions, processing incidents in IRMA and WSIR, and maintaining confidentiality and compliance with OPWDD requirements.
