The role involves managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations, analyzing client needs, configuring modules, and providing post-implementation support.

The Tech Lead will design and develop Python-based backend services for NLP and chatbots, support cloud-native technology transformation, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Participate in structured SAP training, learn business processes and assigned SAP modules, complete hands-on exercises, support documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and project scenarios. Work with senior SAP consultants while developing consulting skills across modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, ABAP, BASIS, SuccessFactors, BW, Datasphere, and BTP. The program targets fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience.
