Own the full sales funnel, negotiate contracts, develop bespoke brand integrations and content campaigns, forecast and track revenue/KPIs, and represent the company at international industry events. Collaborate closely with rights, creative, media sales, and consulting teams to scale long-term partnerships tied to immersive media and technology.

Set the creative vision and editorial strategy for live immersive events, episodic and linear series, and emerging formats. Lead programming, scheduling, and content strategy across verticals; showrun experiences from pre-production through post-event; grow and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team; collaborate with creators, partners, Product and Commercial teams; and use qualitative and quantitative signals to refine formats that drive engagement and habit.
