What’s the vibe like in the office?
We're certainly a productive and efficient team here at HQ, but our open floor plan fosters lots of playful banter and story telling. We have Slack channels for everything, but our most used are #feedme and #slaves-to-bravo. Our window sills are home to our many plant friends, and we have two office dogs, Taki and Charlie.

How has your career grown since starting at the company?
When I joined as a CX Associate, there was no CX function in place but I was fully trusted to build the function. I'm now the Manager of CX & Insights, and this experience has been a major growth period, both personally & in my career. With endless projects to be completed and solutions to be created, I've been given an invaluable experience.

How do you empower your team to be more creative?
At every 1:1 meeting, team members are expected to come with ideas for improving our systems, processes, or anything that they believe could be improved. There is always room for refinement, and we want that to be on the top of everyone's mind.
