Lead technical discussions, whiteboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, optimization, and execution plans. Translate business goals and ambiguous requirements into scalable technical strategies while collaborating with Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Engineering. Provide pragmatic customer guidance and feed engagement insights into product and roadmap improvements.
