Design
Provides high-level administrative support to the CFO, CLO, and CPO by managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, invoices, communications, meetings, client visits, and confidential matters. Coordinates across global teams, prepares presentations and reports, tracks action items, conducts research, supports administrative projects, and improves operational efficiency. The role also includes mentoring, policy development, risk awareness, and occasional support beyond regular hours.
Design
Coordinates operational, project, and administrative activities for SOM’s Global Product Design and FF&E Practice. Maintains project records, product databases, digital libraries, Revit content, specifications, samples, and manufacturer documentation. Supports product research, custom and licensed furniture development, design reviews, prototypes, product launches, and FF&E strategy across multidisciplinary projects. The role facilitates communication among designers, manufacturers, project teams, and leadership while tracking initiatives, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining accurate, accessible resources.
Design
Lead end-to-end delivery of software and infrastructure projects, translate business needs into technical scope, maintain project backlogs, manage schedules/resources/risks, create operational documentation, enforce secure configurations, implement project methodologies, report portfolio metrics, and coordinate stakeholders to meet budget and schedule targets.
