Provide project administrative and coordination support including drafting proposals and contracts, generating accounting and labor reports, billing setup, scheduling and meeting minutes, maintaining project records and drives, facilitating action items during project phases, and supporting expense/time reporting and travel arrangements.

Lead and grow a workplace design and strategy practice: develop client-aligned workplace strategies, lead multi-disciplinary teams, oversee early-phase design and data-driven analysis, drive business development, mentor staff, and ensure quality and sustainable design delivery across projects.

Provide legal support for firm operations including drafting and negotiating contracts, developing contract administration policies and training, advising managers on compliance and regulatory matters, partnering with HR on EEO/Affirmative Action, managing entity structure and licensure, and leading projects and supervising legal team members.
