Coordinates operational, project, and administrative activities for SOM’s Global Product Design and FF&E Practice. Maintains project records, product databases, digital libraries, Revit content, specifications, samples, and manufacturer documentation. Supports product research, custom and licensed furniture development, design reviews, prototypes, product launches, and FF&E strategy across multidisciplinary projects. The role facilitates communication among designers, manufacturers, project teams, and leadership while tracking initiatives, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining accurate, accessible resources.

Leads firmwide BIM workflow development and implementation across architecture and structural engineering projects. Responsibilities include establishing standards, developing automation and AI-enabled tools, managing BIM data and QA/QC processes, supporting construction coordination, training teams, overseeing technology resources, and advancing cloud-based, interoperable project delivery methods. The role also collaborates with regional BIM leaders, design technology experts, sustainability teams, and external developers to improve digital delivery and data continuity.

Leads workplace interior design projects from pursuits and programming through construction administration. Develops workplace plans, spatial concepts, design narratives, materials, FF&E, documentation, and sustainable design strategies. Manages interdisciplinary teams, client relationships, consultants, budgets, schedules, quality control, and business development activities. Mentors staff and advances workplace interiors standards, tools, and processes across the firm.
