Teams at Smartly

Manage onboarding for newly signed Smartly.io customers by designing tailored plans, configuring accounts, training users, and driving product adoption. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to ensure sales commitments are delivered. Demonstrate reporting, automation, campaign, and workflow capabilities, while creating onboarding presentations and managing customer implementation timelines.

Supports Smartly’s corporate communications, public relations, social media, and content initiatives. Responsibilities include drafting messaging and social copy, researching journalists and industry trends, assisting with press materials, tracking media coverage, coordinating timelines, maintaining content calendars, and supporting reporting and documentation. The intern will work with global communications leadership on internal and external campaigns while developing practical marketing and communications experience.

Serve as a commercial finance partner to leadership: deliver financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, pricing and deal support, manage P&Ls and headcount plans, build financial models, drive reporting and process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to inform commercial strategy.
