The Senior Accountant will own inventory and cost accounting, including valuation, COGS accuracy, reserves, reconciliations, variance analysis, and inventory counts. Responsibilities also include reviewing invoice matching, preparing journal entries, supporting month-end close and financial reporting, coordinating with operations, manufacturing, 3PL partners, and auditors, and improving accounting processes.

Serve as the company’s primary legal advisor across commercial contracts, employment, consumer protection, intellectual property, litigation, financings, corporate governance, privacy, and e-commerce compliance. Build scalable legal processes, manage outside counsel and budgets, negotiate agreements, oversee trademarks and disputes, advise executives, and support strategic partnerships and future M&A. This role is the first in-house legal position and will eventually build a legal team.

Own strategic operations for Spot & Tango and PupGum, developing initiatives that improve margins, scalability, customer experience, product innovation, procurement, fulfillment, and growth. Manage manufacturers and supply partners, negotiate contracts, identify cost savings, oversee pilots and new product initiatives, and translate customer insights and performance data into product and R&D improvements. The role requires independent project ownership, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid startup environment.

Build and maintain dbt models and daily pipelines, monitor and triage ETL runs, develop Omni BI views, collaborate cross-functionally, and document data assets to enable data-driven decisions.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Partner cross-functionally to build business cases, support strategic initiatives, and prepare executive and board reporting. Own G&A stewardship and drive decision-support analyses to guide capital allocation, pricing, and customer acquisition strategy.

Lead and scale the creator partnerships program: implement a CRM, own contracting and negotiations, manage part-time contractors, allocate influencer budget, brief and review creator content across TikTok/Instagram/YouTube Shorts, and run gifting/seeding to drive earned coverage.

Design and produce brand-consistent visual assets across digital and print (ads, packaging, email, social, landing pages). Collaborate with creative, product, marketing, and engineering teams to drive customer acquisition and retention. Maintain files, evolve brand systems and Figma libraries, manage multiple projects, and support art direction and creative production.
