Lead go-to-market growth for PupGum by identifying, testing, and scaling awareness and acquisition channels outside core paid media. Manage influencer/UGC content, partnerships, PR, SEO, field activations, A/B testing, and end-to-end program execution. Track KPIs, synthesize insights, and coordinate cross-functionally to iterate strategies.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Partner cross-functionally to build business cases, support strategic initiatives, and prepare executive and board reporting. Own G&A stewardship and drive decision-support analyses to guide capital allocation, pricing, and customer acquisition strategy.

Own lifecycle strategy and execution for assigned product lines, building and optimizing email and SMS programs in Klaviyo. Manage audiences, QA, deliverability, compliance, testing, and measurement. Partner with design, analytics, and product to launch automated flows, improve retention, and drive repeat purchase revenue.

Lead and scale the creator partnerships program: implement a CRM, own contracting and negotiations, manage part-time contractors, allocate influencer budget, brief and review creator content across TikTok/Instagram/YouTube Shorts, and run gifting/seeding to drive earned coverage.

Design and produce brand-consistent visual assets across digital and print (ads, packaging, email, social, landing pages). Collaborate with creative, product, marketing, and engineering teams to drive customer acquisition and retention. Maintain files, evolve brand systems and Figma libraries, manage multiple projects, and support art direction and creative production.

Lead strategic finance, FP&A, treasury, and capital planning. Build models, drive budgeting/forecasting, partner with leadership and cross-functional teams, support financings/M&A, and own FP&A systems and transformation.

Build and maintain dbt models and daily pipelines, monitor and triage ETL runs, develop Omni BI views, collaborate cross-functionally, and document data assets to enable data-driven decisions.

Lead cross-functional product work for Spot & Tango's e-commerce platform: write PRDs and tickets, support sprint planning and QA, triage bugs, run feature analytics and A/B tests, and coordinate launches with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver delightful digital experiences.

Lead creation and execution of the CX AI program: set roadmap, design AI-driven support workflows, launch and A/B test flows, track performance metrics, and build operational systems (QA, documentation, reporting) to automate and improve customer experience and business outcomes.
