Lead the technology vision, architecture, and engineering roadmap for an AI-enabled healthcare payments platform. Build and launch the MVP, design secure scalable systems, develop AI-powered workflow automation, and integrate healthcare, claims, billing, and payment systems. Recruit and lead the initial engineering team while partnering with founders, investors, advisors, and customers to scale the product from a validated thesis into a commercial company.

Own backend and AI infrastructure for autonomous trading agents. Build the Go-based agent runtime, execution and data layers, real-time trading systems, deployment platform, model hosting migration, telemetry, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response. Develop production services primarily in Go, Python, and TypeScript while operating AWS EKS infrastructure. The role requires end-to-end ownership of reliable, low-latency systems managing real-time trading and financially sensitive positions.

Lead the design, development, testing, optimization, monitoring, and maintenance of scalable backend systems and APIs. Build production-grade solutions for blockchain and DeFi use cases, conduct code reviews, document technical processes, troubleshoot complex problems, and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with frontend, product, and design teams while maintaining high availability, security, performance, and code quality across the Node.js and TypeScript technology stack.
