Oversee modeling, prototyping, design finalization, quality standards, SOPs, testing processes, engineering timelines, and product launches. Collaborate cross-functionally to incorporate market research and customer feedback, while driving innovation, continuous improvement, and ongoing product quality management.

Designs the appearance and aesthetics of small kitchen appliances, developing concepts, sketches, prototypes, and detailed CAD drawings. Collaborates with product development teams and manufacturers to ensure feasible, high-quality designs. Conducts market research, gathers customer feedback through focus groups or surveys, and refines products based on trends and user preferences. Requires knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, ergonomics, and consumer product appeal.

Leads R&D engineering and QC/QA teams developing small kitchen appliances. Oversees product modeling, prototyping, design finalization, quality standards, SOPs, testing, project timelines, resource management, market introduction, and continuous improvement. Partners cross-functionally to incorporate market research and customer feedback. Manages engineers in the United States and China and supports product quality throughout development and production.

Designs, simulates, and optimizes airflow and thermal performance in kitchen appliances using CFD. Develops simulation models, conducts performance testing, analyzes data, collaborates with product design and engineering teams, documents findings, presents recommendations, and improves simulation methodologies. Requires a mechanical or aerospace engineering background and experience in aerodynamics simulation or related work.
