Leads the sales organization, develops and executes sales strategy, manages key retail relationships, expands domestic and international channels, negotiates major deals, mentors sales teams, analyzes market and sales data, and reports performance to executives. The role collaborates with operations and product teams to resolve delivery issues and improve customer experiences. It is office-based in Brooklyn with remote consideration and frequent domestic plus occasional international travel.

Lead a team of R&D engineers and QC/QA technicians developing small kitchen appliances. Oversee modeling, prototyping, design finalization, quality standards, SOPs, testing processes, engineering timelines, and product launches. Collaborate cross-functionally to incorporate market research and customer feedback, while driving innovation, continuous improvement, and ongoing product quality management.

Designs the appearance and aesthetics of small kitchen appliances, developing concepts, sketches, prototypes, and detailed CAD drawings. Collaborates with product development teams and manufacturers to ensure feasible, high-quality designs. Conducts market research, gathers customer feedback through focus groups or surveys, and refines products based on trends and user preferences. Requires knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, ergonomics, and consumer product appeal.
