Lead and manage the Site Reliability Engineering team, establish vision, define processes for collaboration, design robust infrastructure, and mentor team members while ensuring service availability and system reliability.

Founding Product Operations Lead to design and run the product operating system, standing up planning cadences, roadmap and execution tracking, PM enablement, and tooling. Improve visibility, automate workflows (including AI/agentic solutions), capture product artifacts and feedback, and partner closely with Engineering and Product leadership to scale product processes without adding bureaucracy.

Lead product design across Stellar Development Foundation products as a player-coach: set design vision, contribute high-fidelity work, manage and mentor a designer, scale the design system, leverage AI-assisted workflows, partner with Product and Engineering, and run user research and usability testing.
