Lead risk and compliance partnership initiatives with banks and financial partners to build and scale Stripe's stablecoin products. Manage relationships, negotiate risk and compliance approaches, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, develop partner-facing risk capabilities, and deliver risk-aware product solutions to enable on-ramp, conversion, movement, storage, and off-ramp use cases globally.

Lead and manage day-to-day workplace operations for the New York office, overseeing facilities, vendors, budgets, front-of-house, events, and health & safety. Build cross-functional relationships, coach a workplace services team, monitor service levels, drive continuous improvement, implement global workplace programs locally, and provide data-informed recommendations to enhance employee experience and operational performance.
