Build and lead Stripe’s US commercial events program for Works in Progress. Responsibilities include developing event strategy, formats, sponsorship and ticketing models; selling sponsorships; owning the events P&L and revenue targets; managing budgets, vendors, venues, production partners and timelines; and delivering events from concept through on-site execution. The role includes building a team and partnering with editorial and operations teams on programming, speakers and influential guest lists.

Supports strategic and corporate finance decisions through financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, ROI and efficiency analysis, performance metrics, dashboards, and management reporting. Builds integrated models, evaluates strategic scenarios, monitors EBITDA, FCF, and operating margin, and partners with cross-functional teams on data visualization. Uses Excel, Anaplan, Python, SQL, Google Sheets, and AI tools to improve analysis, automation, and reporting processes.

Supports Stripe’s Communications organization by building operating systems, onboarding resources, playbooks, and automated workflows. Manages complex communications programs from planning through execution, including milestones, reporting, budgets, contracts, payments, and resources. Builds dashboards and measurement systems for media coverage, communications impact, and operational efficiency. The role also develops AI-enabled automations and translates operational data into actionable insights.
