Manage SSU Advanced Soccer Program across NY-Metro: ensure curriculum delivery and class quality, mentor and train coaches, recruit and onboard staff, run coach development seminars, conduct observations with measurable feedback, resolve escalated quality issues, coordinate seasonal staffing, and oversee the annual summer camp program.

Develops and executes franchise development marketing strategies to attract, nurture, and convert prospective franchisees. Responsibilities include content creation, email drip campaigns, paid advertising, CRM and lead management, broker relations, social media, events, candidate communications, budget oversight, KPI reporting, and campaign optimization. The role also creates franchisee testimonials, supports expos and trade shows, maintains brand consistency, and provides marketing recommendations to franchise development leadership.
